Measure the dose of liquid medicine carefully. Use the measuring device that come with the medicine. If you do not have one, please ask your pharmacist for help.
This medicine may be taken with or without food.
It is very important that you take the medicine at about the same time every day. It will work best if you do this.
Keep the medicine in the refrigerator. Do not freeze.
Keep the medicine away from heat and light.
Shake the bottle well before using the medicine.
This medicine should be used within 14 days.
It is important that you keep taking each dose of this medicine on time even if you are feeling well.
If you forget to take a dose on time, take it as soon as you remember. If it is almost time for the next dose, do not take the missed dose. Return to your normal dosing schedule. Do not take 2 doses of this medicine at one time.
Please tell your doctor and pharmacist about all the medicines you take. Include both prescription and over-the-counter medicines. Also tell them about any vitamins, herbal medicines, or anything else you take for your health.
If your symptoms do not improve or they worsen while on this medicine, contact your doctor.
It is very important that you continue using this medicine for the full number of days that it is prescribed. Please do not stop the medicine even if you start to feel better after the first few days.

Do not take the medicine more than four times during 24 hours.

This medicine can affect the potassium level in your body. Contact you doctor immediately if you experience a slow or irregular heartbeat, muscle weakness or limp feeling, leg cramps, tingling feelings, confusion, unusual thirst, or urinating more than usual.
It is very important that you carefully measure the amount of medicine you take. Your healthcare provider or pharmacist should show you the correct way to measure this medicine.
Do not use the medication any more than instructed.
Tell the doctor or pharmacist if you are pregnant, planning to be pregnant, or breastfeeding.

- ear problems (ringing in the ears, hearing loss)
- feeling of heat or flushing
- swelling in the neck or throat
- signs of kidney damage (such as bloody or bubbly urine, or changes in urine color or amount)
- difficulty or discomfort urinating
A few people may have an allergic reaction to this medicine. Symptoms can include difficulty breathing, skin rash, itching, swelling, or severe dizziness. If you notice any of these symptoms, seek medical help quickly.
